The first time I experienced a Dialog, I cried. Not because I was sad, but because I felt truly heard—maybe for the first time in my life. That moment changed everything for me, and it’s what I hope to offer every guest and listener of “Is There More?”
My path wasn’t always clear. I’ve navigated creative blocks that felt like stone walls, relationships that mirrored my deepest fears, and moments when I questioned whether my voice mattered at all. It was in those darker spaces that I discovered Dialog through the work of Jaxon J Huffman, and Drs. Helen LaKelly Hunt and Harville Hendrix.
What began as a personal healing journey evolved into a calling. I’ve since guided over 100 creative souls through the messy middle of their own stories, watching in awe as vulnerability transforms into their most powerful work.
When we sit down together, whether in person or across microphones, my commitment is to create space where you feel safe enough to be seen, heard and celebrated. I believe that when we mirror each other’s truths with wonder instead of judgment, something magical happens—we find ourselves in each other’s stories.
Through Jaxon J Huffman’s mentorship, I’ve developed a unique approach to interviewing that weaves Dialog techniques with creative practices, helping you hear the whispers beneath your loudest doubts.
When I’m not recording, you might find me walking collecting thoughts for writing prompts, leading workshops where strangers become mirrors for each other’s growth, or sitting in my own creative mess—because this work never ends, and that’s what makes it beautiful.
I believe our most profound work emerges not despite our wounds, but because of how we transform them through connection.
